Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address and selected delivery method at checkout. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MM CLOTHING is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mmclothinguae26@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
